Birmingham's laziest indie pop band The Regulars finally release their debut single. 'Lie down and fight' is an anthem for the workshy and a raucous hymn to public transport. The b-side, 'North star', finds the band in a more pensive and twinkly state of mind. The Regulars' combination of intense guitar sounds with C86-era melodicism and pop sensibilities has turned a few heads on the Brum scene, and 'Lie down and fight' is your chance to turn on, tune in, and pull a sicky.
