Whilst the world went from Grunge to Brit-pop to Pop Idol The Workhouse kept the beauty of guitar music alive. Taking their influences from 80s bands like The Chameleons, Kitchens of Distinction and The Cocteau Twins they weave sweeping moodscapes full of passion and virtuosity. Aberdeen is a vocal track previewed on their first John Peel session in early 2004.
